Advance Payment & Hybrid Model
1. All Payments in Advance
- Monthly retainers and project-based fees must be paid upfront prior to starting or continuing work for that billing cycle or milestone.
2. Non-Refundable Deposits / Setup Fees
- Some Services (e.g., initial audits, consultation, strategy sessions) require a non-refundable deposit or setup fee. These funds cover resource allocation and initial planning.
3. Partial Credits vs. Direct Refunds
- We typically do not offer direct cash refunds once a monthly billing cycle or project phase has begun.
- If you cancel mid-cycle, any unused portion of that month’s service may be converted into a partial credit for other Services—provided the remaining scope has not been performed.
Cancellation by Client
1. Monthly / Ongoing Services
- If you cancel after work has already begun, you remain responsible for the portion of Services rendered up to the cancellation date.
- Any unperformed work might qualify for partial credits, usable toward other Services within Euphoric Ads.
2. Prepaid Packages
- If you purchased a multi-month package and cancel before completion, you may receive a prorated credit for unperformed tasks. The exact amount depends on the scope remaining.
Dissatisfaction with Services
1. Prompt Communication
- Clients are encouraged to promptly share concerns with us at hello@euphoricads.com. We will attempt to remedy any issues or refine deliverables in good faith.
2. Rectification Window
- We typically allow a [7–14 day] window (subject to project specifics) to address or improve unsatisfactory deliverables. If unresolved after good-faith efforts, partial credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. No Guarantee of Specific Results
- We do not guarantee particular performance metrics (e.g., exact sales volume on Amazon, SEO page-one rankings, ROI from ads). External factors like algorithm changes, competition, and budget constraints can heavily influence outcomes.
Additional Note on Private-Label Business
Euphoric Ads also operates private-label brands. This does not affect our dedication to impartial, top-tier work for clients. We never leverage proprietary client data to advance our own product lines.
Refund Request Procedure

2. Review Period
- We will evaluate your request alongside our contractual obligations and the work performed. We strive to respond within 7 business days of receiving your request.
3. Decision & Processing
- If a partial refund or credit is approved, we typically finalize the process within 14 business days
- In most cases, the agreed resolution is applied as a credit toward future services unless both parties agree otherwise.
